    What happened here was that while he was naming all of the terrorist - related events, when thinking about the plane over Shanksville, he had a slip and recollected the incident and blurted out what I always thought happened anyway - That WE blasted that plane out of the sky - and they fabricated the story about the passengers overtaking it

    how so? why would a top ranking gov't offical give out this type of info to people? im not sure how it would help the gov't at all...personally i think a slip of the lip happened here

    In the first quote, he might have been referring to the first attempt on the WTC in the 90s.

    At any rate Don should sleep well at night. All of that wheeling and dealing he did with known terrorists and terror supporters in the 80s really worked out nicely for him.
