    definitely depends on the photographer, sooo many differing opinions on such. me, i am rather a purist, but sure...we all do some tinkering in the darkroom, burning/dodging, getting that perfect tone, etc......but i really, really, really....like to compose IN the camera, little to no cropping after the fact. not always successful, but it's a great exercise to aim for, to train your eye....'see' the image in it's entirety, b/c far too many start off with very lazy compositions. :p anyhoo.......beautiful colors absolutely in those skies!

    No man could ever sculpture anything like them - and they change form constantly. Soft, yet threatening. If I ever were to believe in a 'heavenly creator', clouds would have to be what convinced me.

    We were out walking the other day and I brought up your other pictures of clouds and how you say they are cool. We agreed, as we like to look up at the ever changing white masses and take them in.

    Hey civ girl... Great pics of the trip! i haven't cropped my pics yet!!! maybe i will do that tonight so i can post them.......i love the campfire one! That looks amazing...... Can't wait to post my rainbow one :) woo hoo....

    well B.E ......i guess i can't blame u for the bra loss.. but seriously.. where the hell did it go? i mean i wasn't that tipsy.. i made sure the cider was good and safe.. did i not.... what did i say after u sent me flying up the hill? i said " OHHHhh Ohhh no.. the cider.. is it ok?" LOL :) well.. hey.. what can i say.. i am sure when a family when for their morning stroll them finding my bra was ... ummmm interesting........ Damn u guys for getting me to go for a dip.. if i said No.. it's still have my bolder holder!

    Here are a few pics I took in Labrador a few weeks ago. There was once a river where I am standing but the construction of a hydro dam in the area diverted most of the water away, reducing it to a small stream of water. Those holes were supposedly formed by the force of the water and those large boulders you see. I thought it was pretty amazing.
