Wow. I'm no artist at all. I even suck at drawing stick people. That my friend, was hard to believe it was a painting at first. Especially the one in the bottom lef. But that's REALLY REALLY good. I need one of those to hand up on my wall! Damn it, now I want to buy one of those really really really really really REALLY badly.7/10/060

thank you for all the complements, it makes the process so much more worthwhile.....a few people have mentioned getting it made into prints...how would i go about doing such a thing?...it sounds like an interesting way to make some money to help pay off school, while keeping the origional...
Ultimately, i would like nothing more than for Ed to see the painting, however that seems far less than attainable...
Thanks again...0 -

If you're going to make prints, then I need one. And if you wanted to send one to Ed, you could send it to them through fan mail I'm sure!7/10/060 -

why not check up printing companies that do banners/posters on the internet or in the phone book and ask around a little. I don't know that a paper poster would do it justice though, maybe a material one, those silk kinda ones? Probably expensive though.0 -
Man..if the picture were bigger, I'd just save it and print it out, and hang it up on my wall...I think that smooth, laminated, sort of paper would be nice for this sorta stuff.7/10/060

I would love to have a copy as well. It's very, very good.0

that is awesome! reeks of passion and talent........nicely done! I think Ed would be honored! Boy, PJ has some awesome fans!We need Pearl Jam in Atlanta!!! 2006-2007

A little too passionate for me, actually.0

That's a brilliant brilliant painting! Especially the bottom left .. spot on.
I don't know where you live but here in the Uk printing can be expensive if you want prints that look as good as the original, prices and quality vary drastically ... Alot of printers don't do quality prints that large, and it'd be a shame to get such an excellent painting done badly.
It's definitely worth looking into though ... You can get phone numbers off the internet like Pacifier suggests, or look in the phonebook ring round a few local printers .. even if they don't do what you want, they should know a printer in your area who does and who can give you advice on how to go about it.
Good luck♥ ♪ ♪0 -
Great job it's even better than the pj drawing I paid 100 for!I had a false belief I thought I came here to stay. we're all just visiting, breaking like waves! - E.V.

look up painters such as grimshaw. Find out where they do prints through. then, send an email, or a link to them. seriously, I would buy that. I have several james dean / monroe / etc drawing....something like this in black and white/charcol would be awsome as well....I mostly collect charcols/b&wThe only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

I have opted out of the whole print making process, simply because the pictures I used as reference to paint the peice were not my own, but rather that of professional photographers...I feel copyright infringement may be an issue with it all...0

You're ok with copyright because it's a painting
If you'd taken a photo of the original photo and tried to pass it off as your own, then you could get done for breach of copyright. In the same way you can paint an exact copy of a famous painting by a famous artist and legally sell it if you sign it with your name .. it's only fraud if you try to pass it off as the original.
You could always double protect yourself by crediting the photographers in any publicity, something along the lines of.. "an original painting inspired by the photos of (whoever)" ... I'm sure the photographers would be proud you've done such a good job of "interpreting" their work♥ ♪ ♪0 -

Thanks for the info....I was always wondering why so many people were always allowed to reproduce famous paintings...0
