and by instinct
she rolls her eyes...why?
i don't know
probably just the answer
to the all the things she doesn't know0 -
my dog sleeps with her eyes open
i hope to hell she's seen' sompin'Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green0 -
it felt right
we sat outside together
feeling the mist of spring rising from the ground
drops of water
fell to our foreheads
the magic
touching us
I now see
where I want to beWon't let the light escape from me.
Won't let the darkness swallow me.0 -

Thanks for taking the flowers from my fathers grave,
I’m glad that you felt that they were in the way.
Thanks for the phone call to let me know to pick them up, because
I spent near 50 bucks.
I guess they probably look better in the trash anyways, or over at your mommas place.
And thanks for letting me know they finally put his headstone up, it took damn near 6 months.
But I’m glad that within the first month, you already had yours up.
Thanks for putting the little birds up there too, thanks for cramming all of your crap and not leaving me any room.
And thanks for putting the little lanterns there that light up night,
So we can all see our way because it’s so often we go and visit the cemetery at night.
Thanks for always thinking of yourself and no one else, thanks for showing me such little respect.0 -

I won't pretend I can fool this distance,
or that my feelings will last longer than time,
I won't fight to keep a flame going,

Fuck. What do I do? What can I say?
Nothing and nothing...I just have to be there.A human being that was given to fly.

Some delusions are easier to deal with
Delusions are closer to the truth, that what 90% of people perceive as reality
Some people just hate the real world, not surprisingly.
A fault line pretends
To stay calm
For another day
Holding fast
Forces those left
To run away
You can see for miles
Smoke that billows
Move close to smell
Smoke that stays close
I’ve known through clues
How it ends with nothing
But a sunset now
Would darken everything
The past is a horrible thing
Holding you fast with the people it brings
Their faces bright hold everything
You thought was right and made you sing
Never again will rain fall warm
But storm clouds grow
To answer the call
For warm, comforting rainWon't you come see me, Queen Jane....
Leaving the pillow alone tonight
And I can see for miles
Speak father with all your might
Drive in one last nail
I’d walk right into your hands
From the end of the earth
I’d make one final stand
If you could see what I’m worth0 -

it sounds rather that you're talking more about illusions and that's okay...i was talking about delusions where a people lose their grip on any sense of reality*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

you never listen to the voices inside
they fill your ears as you run to a place to hide
you're never sure if the illusion is real
you pinch yourself but the memories are all you feel

right in front
of Billy ...
even then
I knew
what he was
talking about
when he asked
"are you lonely in the dark"0 -
I don't know how many times I had to ask you to listen to me, help me, love me...all I wanted or needed was your time...Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away0 -
