Have you ever done anything with tambourine's...i want to frame the tambourine i snagged in raleigh 03 between the raleigh and charlotte posters with three picks and two ticket stubs...is this do-able? or just wishful thinking on my part?MasterFramer wrote:I will beat any quote from any chain or mom and pop store... just keep that in mind.

Got it done locally up North here - didn't shop around for quotes, paid about $250 NZD. Double matted with non reflective glass. What did you pay for yours? - want to get CCFA Newcastle done next (once I get my hands on it)
Masterframer - I went for a smaller matt because its hanging in a smallish room and didn't what it to 'takeover' the wall or for it to be too 'white' if that makes sense??.Auck - Feb 28, 98

try more mat next time... you'll be surprised. I think $250 is a decent price. I paid about the same, looks like a similar frame, I'd usually go for a mat about 80mm or so. I don't usually get the non-reflective, but I always go for UV-filter. As long as the mat width and frame width are not too clase together you are good... if you have the space always try and have your matting bigger than the frame.
