    I'm starting to think the mid-week tweet isn't going to be a big TWEET at all. Probably pertains to the Ed solo shows, but not necessarily another round of dates to add to the existing ones.

    Then why wouldn't they just say something? Usually if it's not tour dates they just announce it with little or no fanfare.

    Could be some new music. Not a new album we'd have heard more rumors about them being in the studio etc. But maybe unreleased stuff from the Avocado sessions.

    you may be right....I find it hard to believe if it was more tour news that some info wouldn't have leaked before we get the word from the 10c.....tour news first from the 10c? HA!

    Good point, usually with tour news, there HAVE to be rumors cuz venues have to be booked etc and word makes its way around beforehand. On the other hand, if they just wanna offer some music for downloading, the circle of people in the know would be relatively small.

    Demos on Spectrum 18 (Sirius Radio) has been saying that Ed is playing solo shows on the West Coast and Canada --- announcement may be the Canadian solo tour

    I could be wrong

    but I think when they said Canada they were probably referring to the already announced Vancouver date. A cross Canada Ed solo tour seems unlikely.

    Would they really fuck with us like this?

    They watch the boards. They know rumours for tour dates having been spreading like wildfire. They know how we want a tour really bad. They know how we're desperate. Would they really give us a warning of a "tweet" this coming week if it was something like an Ed show at Irving Plaza, or something even less important than that?

    Okay, maybe that's wishful thinking.

    Yeah. I really couldn't see EV playing Winnipeg & Edmonton but not playing Chicago, Boston, Philly, or NYC. I heard there were rumours of a Toronto show

    Yeah, that is sort of like "I couldn't see Ed playing Vancouver & California but not play anywhere in Washington State like maybe, Seattle.

    The only thing that gets me scared that is not dates in know mention of getting your membership up to date. But I guess with the server problems maybe it is a good idea to thin the herd.
