    When Johnny woke up on the couch he saw Jeffrey in the chair across the room, he wasn't awake. Johnny smiled at the thought that he must have stuck a chord. He knew it was a bittersweet victory, but if he could achieve Jeff losing sleep over his point of view there might be hope for him yet.
    Still silently grinning he walked into the kitchen to make himself some coffee before hitting the shower.

    chastened, jeffrey watched as johnny disappeared into their bedroom. he thought that perhaps he's underestimated johnny. and he didn't think that any relationship he got into would be for the long term. but that's exactly what this thing with johnny was turning into. and it didn't freak him out as much as he thought it would. he had to keep in mind that monogamy meant he had to be true to johnny. and only johnny.

    I know you love me Jeff, I can feel it. However that doesn't change that fact that he already is between us. The way you dismiss this every time annoys me. He and his presence annoys me and your flirtlike behaviour annoys me.

    Who's being insecure now? I didn't attack you. I was expressing what I feel. You think he isn't between us, well he is. Don't go looking for excuses for your behaviour, just own up to it. Yes your behaviour makes me feel insecure, if you would step back for a minute and look at it from my point of view, you might find that it isn't such a weird thing to feel.
