Stone Temple Pilots or Velvet Revolver?

When I first checked out Velvet Revolver... I thought they wouldn't even come close to the awesomeness of Stone Temple Pilots... but Once I got into them... they have some great tunes just like Stone Temple Pilots... and i'd say even better instrumentals... but I've never seen anything as epic as Creep or Plush come out of them so its a very hard pick. What do you think?

STP by a million miles. The VR records are good, but live the GnR guys are such dorks it's pretty hard to watch.
STP live was one of the best ever. And their mid to late records show a musical depth that VR will never touch.Using the word "methinks" in your message board posts doesn't make you look smart.0 -
