    Any fans here?

I a HUGE fan of both! 'Songs for the Deaf' was a musical masterpiece and all the QOTSA stuff has been great. Kyuss was a great rock band and I love all of their cd's as well. I suggest you check out Dessert Sessions... If you haven't already.
    Which came first,
the bad idea or me befallen by it?
  • Yeh I have all the desert sessions too, they rock

No Way, I Thought I Would Never Ever See Anyone Who Knows Kyuss !!

I Fucking Love Kyuss, Got Everything, + Desert Sessions

I Also Have The Only Ever Live Recording Of Desert Sessions!

    !!!

Not Too Keen On Qotsa, Josh Didn't Do A Very Good Job With Them

  • For anyone who hasnt heard much stuff from these two bands I suggest you start with Songs For The Death by Queens Of The Stoneage and Blues For The Red Sun by Kyuss.

    You wont regret it!

If you like Kyuss you should check out the band Unida - only did one album featuring the lead vocalist from Kyuss - trumps anything QOTSA ever did.
  • Ive been meaning to listen to some of John Garcia's other projects but have never got round to it. Ive heard Sloburn are meant to be quite good too, has anyone listened to them?

Kyuss are okay...I can't stand their vocalist, I only have the red sun album. QOTSA are amazing. Everything they've done is great, and their first album is one of my all time favourites.
