Aw right on Gossman! What excellent taste we have. ;)
Oh and completely agree. Dave + Tim Reynolds!! Definitely! You can't get any better than that.

AIC & Nirvana Unplugged definitely too. I mean whoever doesn't already own these has issues really. :p;)

    I also have to mention...

    Live ~ Alice In Chains

Bob Dylan bootleg series vol. 4 "The Royal Albert hall Concert" is often refered to as one of the greatest concerts ever performed due to the Judas scandal.

But I recommend "Rock of Ages" by the Band. It's really the last great thing they did (except The Last Waltz) before they started going downhill.

    Some of my favorites:

Wilco- Kicking Television (by far one of the best live albums ever recorded)
    Midnight Oil- Scream in Blue
    Nirvana- Unplugged in NY
Pearl Jam- Live on Two Legs
Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band- Hammersmith Odeon, London '75
The Tragically Hip- Live Between Us (the perfect road trip album)
    Ben Harper- Live From Mars

I have to give Kicking Television by Wilco another mention. For years I never thought I would like this band. After hearing some sample songs on their website I bought Kicking Television shortly after its release. I've been in love ever since. I adore all their records, but it probably wouldn't have happened without that live album. From "Misunderstood" to the very end I was in awe upon first listen.

  • Wilco - Kicking TV is quite good.
Foo Fighters - Skin and Bones
    My Morning Jacket - Okonokos

If you like DMB at all, get Live Trax 3 or Live Trax 8. Probably two of their best releases. Not available in retail stores, but can DL through their site.
