    queen - too theatrical or something...can't quite put my finger on it...
    coldplay - everything sounds the same....the same...the same....
    dave matthews band - a lot of my friends like them, but there's something annoying about them...i just can't listen to them.

    i have to add this...

    playing on Conan O'Brien right now is Coldplay. i don't hate this band, but i don't understand their popularity. i really like the song Yellow, but everything else seems pointless to me, and they've gotten increasingly bland over the years.

    I like Pablo Honey, The Bends, OK Computer but I can't get into the experimental crap-o-la like Kid A and Amnesiac. Maybe Ill have to try again just to make sure but it just bores me.
