I will admit that I'm getting way too old for that Gorge shit. I don't like camping there and driving home after a show is near impossible. It sure makes seeing two shows in a row easier to do but gonna be a tiring work week for sure. The Gorge is a far better place to see them though...I'm not a fan of the Key's acoustics
"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
I like this rumor but would they really release an album the day of a show? Can anyone think of a band doing this?
We've seen several major acts in concert prior to their new album being released. Like Garbage one year on a Friday and then the album came out the following week. I think happened with Foo Fighters as well.
A friend of mine ran into Kelly Curtis and Stone at dinner one night here in Seattle a little while back and they were at the next table talking about West Coast tour late September and early October.

That makes a lot of sense in terms of timing.

PJ timed their '96 Seattle shows, which kicked off the No Code tour, to coincide with the release of No Code,...

I would almost be more excited to get my first impression of the new album by way of a live show. Not necessarily protocol for a lot of bands but hey...PJ is not your normal band. I'm also going back to the fact that Mike told me this...but what does he know, right? LOL

I have bets on a Friday tweet and on sale Monday. The Europe and Chicago announcements came 15 weeks prior to the show date. If the same thing goes for Seattle, Monday would be the day. Can't wait!!!

It's be rad if they did a couple shows at the showbox and a couple at the key. was it 2000 when they did that last?

How nice for the Seattleites! And I thought Ed doesn't play places: "with Dave Matthews Stink on them"
That would be my perfect day at Seattle center, but alas, can't make it in September.
LOL. If that's true, why the two Chi shows? Don't get me wrong, I'll be at both shows but wow! Ever hear of the story of Dave's tour bus stopping to unload sewage on a gated bridge over pass?
