same exact thing happened to me. no confirm email though. i printed out my CC statement just in case, to prove that they did charge me. hopefully i'll see it in my profile when it's back up. this makes me sick.
i'm so glad i didn't get greedy and try for 2 shows, i just clicked on april 13 and then tried to check out. ugh.
ha ha haaaaaaaa memebership #s mean nothing if this is what will happen everytime they announce shows hell this is only for the solo shows wait till they announce PJ shows forgettttttit about itttttttttt..........
My card was charged, but I didn't get the confirmation page. Check your email and see if you got a confirmation email from 10C that your order was received. I got the email with an order number listed, so I should be good to go.
No email yet. :( Maybe it's just delayed with everything. Congrats to all those who got through and enjoy the shows!!!

youre gonna get flamed, but I agree with you. no reason this should still be happening. it really sucks that every even this band does ends up this way, and most of the stress is caused by the 10C ticketing system. just thinking about the Vic show still burns me up. makes you wonder where the annual fee we pay is actually going.

So their email is working. I hope my tix are there...
Ok, I was logged in and ready to go... finally at 10:02 the ticket logo came up and I was able to get my pair of Berkeley tickets, into my cart they went! I go to checkout, computer running so slowwwwww... but it shows the tickets in my cart and then gives me "step 1 of 3: address confirmation"... ok, ok things still running SLOW but then I hit confirm/checkout and that's when it all starts completely going to hell. "An unexpected error has occurred" message isn't so bad but now all I'm getting is that the Server is temporarily unavailable. Crap, I'm still trying (repeatedly!!!) but it's 10:30 so it's probably all over.

Keep trying guys! I had to refresh my page for 35 minutes but I finally got through and was able to purchase tickets for Vancouver. It seems like there's a tiny flash every 15 or 20 minutes where you have like a minute of space.
really what the fuck people complain about us senior members getting the front rows, hell with this system your membership #s mean shit unless they can come up with a better way to sell tickets this is a shamble .......fuck this ...
Tickets sales like this stress me out!!!! The site crashed for me as well as I was clicking on BUY! In fact I think I could hear my computer laughing at me!!!! I hate this crap!!!! Now I will do it all over again on Friday morning. Today officially sucks!!!!
it seems like they are rebooting things every once in awhile.
all of a sudden, things will start working smoothly and I was even able to score a pair of LA1 at 10.30ish...
but now the site is at a standstill again.
I can get to the page where tickets can be purchased but I can't get to my damn profile!!! ARGH!! I just want to know already so I can get back to work.

A year or two ago I offered to fix these problems for the Ten Club. I offered to do this for free. I never heard from anyone. Now, I can understand that. They don't know me. I don't blame them for not taking me up on the offer.
What I cannot understand, however, is why, after all this time, these problems have still not been addressed. Seriously, it is not difficult or expensive to run a website like this when it is done correctly.
A couple of years ago a relative of a good friend had a product she sold on her website featured on Oprah's silly "Gifts to Give for Christmas" show. When she found out that her product had been selected, she ended up contacting me to help her revamp her website, anticipating the fact that the current system she had wouldn't handle the traffic following the show. In a week's time I had her up and running with a new site that ended up processing over 300,000 orders in the half-hour following Oprah's show. Want to know what it cost her? Zero dollars. Want to know how many "service unavailable" or "unexpected error" messages her customers received? Zero. In other words, this is not rocket science. It completely baffles me that these problems have hampered nearly every Ten Club ticket sale that has been done online.
So I'll offer again. Ten Club, if you want these problems fixed, let me help you. I don't want your money. I don't want a private dinner with Eddie Vedder. I don't want special treatment or sodomy with Neil Young. I just want to help you fix these problems.

this is totally fucking low budget the way they run this process please they should just go back to mail only orders wtf ....
Low-budget is fine. It doesn't take a big budget to sell some concert tickets. What it takes is a decent application to sell those tickets.
you make it sound as if it's a very simple problem to get right i don't know anything really about servers and all of it, but if this is the same way they will sell them if some shows get announced this system just won't do it ...

The system the have won't do it, no. A good system, one that is correctly engineered to accomplish the task at hand for the demand in question, will. It is not necessarily a "simple problem", but it is a problem with a solution.
keep trying! I was finally able to get tickets to the vancouver show (at least I got a confirmation number on the screen - haven't gotten the email yet) at 10:57. I had gotten part way through the order process several times, but kept getting kicked off. I could tell they had another server reboot, got in as soon as it came back up, entered my info as fast as possible, and got all the way to the confirmation page. Good luck!
