Pearl Jam iPhone App

Isn't it time for a Pearl Jam iPhone App? I would love to see one. Here are some links to some design comps I came up with. The possibilities are great...these are just quick ideas.

    I can't believe no one else has commented on your designs yet. They look terrific!

    Have you compiled a list of functions for it yet? The NIN app has a neat feature where you can take a picture at the show and post it online in a shared area so people not at the show can see what's going on. Not sure if that violates PJ's policies, but it's a great idea.

    There could be so many great features...many of which I didn't illustrate. For instance, you could:

    -Buy a song/album via iTunes
    -See a songlist for any show
    -Posters - a list of PJ posters with specifics, photos, etc
    -Stripped down message board
    -Much more

    I'm planning on going back to Seattle this fall, whether or not PJ plays there, but some PJ shows would just make the trip so much better.

    Why not create a mobile version of the website, that way it will work on all phones and not just the iPhone.

    Thanks! It would be great if the Ten Club did this and gave it to use for free. But, I'd pay a few bucks to have this

    I'd buy one. I like the mobile message board thing, that would be awesome. NIN developed one a couple weeks ago and it got turned down by apple. They had some awesome ideas in theirs, like a streaming music thing.

    I am currently developing a Pearl Jam iPhone app...it should be ready in time for the tour. I have contacted 10C about whether it is ok, and the possibility of using some of the artwork that the band uses...they never responded.

    My app will allow you to track the concerts you've been to, and see stats based on your shows. You will also be able to browse all the setlists, songs, lyrics, etc. that you find here. Most importantly, this app will be FREE.

    Some optional features that I'm thinking of:

    - The app will also allow you to track your poster collection, and you will be able to view the poster for any given show when you are looking at its setlist. (This one is optional contingent on PJ allowing me to use the images)

    - Looking at the design at the top of the thread, I loved the idea of the app tracking your membership expiration date, and giving you a warning that it is time to renew.

    - a seat tracker, so you can enter your seat location when you say you've been to a show. That way you can kind of track where your 10C seats are at your shows. Maybe this isn't so cool, cause who forgets where they sat?

    - setlist database and stats will include EV solo shows and the Beacon, with an option to view stats without the EV songs included.

    Please let me know what other options you might want! It'll have to be relatively simple...This isn't going to be an app that is completely plugged in to this website for uploading photos or posting to the board, for instance. That would take me way too long to write, and I'm not even sure I have the ability.

    NIN's is available now. and it is unbelievably kickass and very robust. and free.

    You can't just submit graphics to Apple. The Ten Club needs to get someone to develop this thing. I'd gladly contribute graphics, but without a developer, nothing can happen.

    Is there a way to upload a bootleg mp3 and have it correspond to a setlist, being able to select a song and have it play?

    This is a great beginning. I had posted on this topic before.
