Yeah, pretty darn good movie, but i'm so confused, who was Darth Vader?
Pick up my debut novel here on amazon: Jonny Bails Floatin (in paperback) (also available on Kindle for $2.99)

To each there own of course, but these characters are so iconic, people know them who have never watched the show. You can't say that about the other shows.

    Fascinating
    He's dead Jim
Spock - that's all you need to say.
    Beam me up Scotty
I'm a doctor, not a drummer! (Bones said this to Eddie swear to god)

These characters are deeply embedded in our culture.

I agree about Spock in this film. He is totally badass. Quinto's Spock is brilliant.

Tell them you love them. Never let the mundane, the unimportant, or worse, the misunderstood, be the final words of parting.

reminds me as well this is the ONLY film i have ever wanted to read the script. I mean i just dont get how people came up with the lines to the movies and episodes, some of them just make no sense what so ever and using a bajillion made up words!

I swear one line spock contradicts himself about 10 times haha.

    HAHAHA

Yes. Imagine growing up with that stuff in your head. I didn't wanna be a girl. Spock said girl's brains were inferior! LOLOL

Ahh, the 60s. Star Trek got a lot of things right. Women wasn't one of them.

But when it comes to race, wow did they ever get that right. Seriously.

This movie is amazing if you seen some of the old episodes and know the characters. On it's own it's still a great movie.

I went to the show knowing it was gonna be good but it blew my expectations out the window. Amazing!

    I guess I am a Trekkie...

    damn
