Ummmmm maybe I just don't know a lot about the music industry, but seeing as the show hasn't gone on sale to the public yet isn't it impossible for stubhub (or any other broker for that matter) to have these tickets to sell?????
WI '98, WI '99 (EV), WI '00, Chgo '00, MO '00, Champaign '03, Chgo '03, WI '03, IN '03, MI '04, Chgo '06:N1 & 2, WI '06, Chgo '07, Chgo '08 (EV:N1), Chgo '09:N1 & 2, Chgo '11 (EV:N1), WI '11:N1 & 2, Philly '12, Wrigley '13, Pitt '13, Buff '13, Detroit '14, MKE '14, Wrigley '16: N1 & N2, Seattle '18 N2, Wrigley '18: N1 & N2, Fenway '18 N1, STL '22, St Paul '23 N2, Chgo '23: N1 & N2, Wrigley '24 N1 & 2
I know they played Chicago-land in 2006.
I went to the back to back nights at the United Center and Summerfest. I'm just saying we got screwed in 2005 and 2007.
2006 was almost an over!dose!
If people are looking for a reason why Chicago fans would be pissed, I'm just citing these 2 tours
For those of you who live in other major cities, imagine if they came to your town on their tour and played the House of Blue for a grand aticket. Or the tiny venue and then to the massive 60 thousand strong crowd.
RHCP did the same thing by playing Lollapalooza.
I'm 49 I've been there and done that. I went to the first 3-day Lolla's in 2005 and 2006.
As much as I love PJ I just knew I'd end up way back on the hill and they would be a spot on the horizon.
Might as well throw in a video.
I would highly recommend the Austin City Limits Festival. Much better than Lolla.
We have Depeche Mode this year (Oh, Boy)
Austin may be the coolest city in America. I love Ann Arbor and Madison too.
Summerfest in Milwaukee is definately a good time. I've seen great bands on off-stages as well as on the main stage there.
Drive-By-Truckers free 4th of July in Chicago should be a good time.
But we are not mad at PJ in Chicago.
I'm convinced that emails were diverted somehow.

i checked it too. that's because people have season tickets for the UNITED CENTER. this can be done at a lot of venues, season tickets for any event held. that is why they are on stubhub already, but what impresses me is that the best seats are NOT up there and will NOT be up there because PJ works to avoid scalping. this is why we don't know our seats until the day of the show, to prevent them from going on stubhub. they are doing a damn good job if you ask me.
It's all happening....

Ohhh, I gotcha! Good point about the best seats not being on there. I was a little confused about all that. I'm still irritated from the EV show in Chicago last year when I was shut out of 10C tix, then when I went to get TM tix, they immediately sold out and sent me to TicketsNow for the craziest prices I've ever seen. I still don't get how that's legal!!

DISINFORMATION ALERT:
The united center does NOT sell season tickets. Bulls and hawks sell their own packages. no PSLs in the uc.
suite holders have the RIGHT to buy tickets for concerts/circus/ect in their suite. No single seat is bought for every event @ the uc.
hawks and bulls do have presales for non sport evetns, but it is with the stipulationthat you wont get your regular seat.

Are you on AOL? They are pretty notorious for not allowing mass emails to get through.

no idea how they got up there then, but i really don't care because the best seats are not for resale.
