    I never knew how to pay in US Dollars for membership since I didn't have a credit card way back when. If I'd known ticket allocation would eventually depend on 10c seniority...ah well. I did once sit 4th row floor in Buffalo ('03).

    Thanks for the advice. I've been scoping it out and I've been pleasantly surprised at how cheap some of the 2 and 3 stars are
