I’m actually considering doing a “S’morlermaker” with a shot of the caskmates. We'll see.
    Looking for an update!

Anyone looking for a trade? I have the following six pack of fresh great New York cans and I’m looking to trade for a six pack of trillium IPAs (the more variety the better).

Don't know if it's just local to PA beer, but Pizza Boy Brewing beers are really friggin good.

Some beers to get me through this shitty snow storm...

I had it once and it was the greatest pizza I had ever had lol. Honestly, my electric went and I had no back up on my sump pump so my wife and I were bailing water from 2:30-4 am.  It was the first food I grabbed and it was glorious. Lol

I picked up my Founders KBS from their new Detroit brewpub.  Nice place! Great beer as always!

I had some hopslam recently. It’s so good, but dangerous. Doesn’t taste like a 10%+ beer. Knock a few of those down and you’ll know it lol

It’s god damn delicious. The Caskmates scales the sweetness of the porter back just a tad on the initial mouthfeel, accentuates the smokiness of both porter and whiskey, then adds just a little extra bite on the finish.

I remember it tasting very hoppy a few years ago.  I wonder if they toned it down or if my taste buds matured?  Either way, it's a great beer.

^ They have some amazing beers.

The only thing I had ever had from them was a collab they did with 3 Floyd's (Zombie v. Unicorn) for the 2017 Dark Lord Day. It wasn't bottled at all. A few weeks back, we went to Chicago and I decided we'd hit up Pipework just to check it out. Ended up buying Ninja vs. Unicorn and Lil' Citra. Both are pretty solid.

  • I work for a craft beer company in BC (Canada) and am a huge craft beer fan.... obviously.  Here is one of my favorites:

    Some of my other favorites:

    1. Imperial Porter (aged in whisky barrels) by Central City
    2. Yellow Dog (everything they make is amazing)
    3. Fat Tug by Driftwood

  • Anchor Steam has been bought by a Canadian Non-craft beer company called Sleemans (which isn't really Canadian as it's owned by Sapporo).

Sad to see an original craft Brewery get bought out by a big brewery
