    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    Its just something im thinking about at the minute, around 70isheuro for a morning flight down. I aint going booking anyhthing for the next short while anyway, im debating whether to just fly over for the shows or hang around in london for a while after and catch up with some friends who have moved there!

    Oh yes, Anni (hey, I travelled with you last year in america with Matt!) and Emmi, if either of ye are looking for the ticket just let me know, is should know very shortly if its free (which is a high possibility!!)

    Hotels round the O2 are rubbishly expensive.

    Ah shite Dunk, I just gave away my London ticket before I saw this. Never mind, I'm sure you'll get one.

    Oh, Docklands is back down to 49 right now if anyone's interested. I'm not gonna book just yet as I may have a couch somewhere.

    So I'm undecided as to how to get to London at the minute.

    As it is, I'm pretty sure I'll drive to Manchester, then drive home that night (Nottingham). I could drive down the next day, but I don't know where I'd park. No idea where I'd go to park somewhere not too far away that I could then easily use public transport to cheaply get right to the 02. I could drive to the 02 itself, but I think parking is really expensive? And do I pass through any congestion charge areas or anything on top of that to get there?

    i'm going to the London & Manchester gigs.
    i'm staying at the Express by Holiday Inn London - Royal Docks/Docklands, £59 for the night through expedia, the hotel is a 10 min walk from the O2 or 1 stop on the tube.
