LiveNation what a load of crap!

Got tickets for June 12th then would not let me pay for them! Did this happen to anyone else? I just kept getting the same page over and over again when I it the continue button! went on till my time expired! I had tickets in the balcony! What a load of crap!

    That sucks. I didn't have any problems, I was surprised how easy it was. Did you clear your cookies before doing it?

    Live Nation totally SUCKS. The opening screen continued to display Get INFO... instead of Buy Tickets... so I kept refreshing my screen. I am so Pissed. SO now I don't have tickets.. Thank you Live Nation

    Same here- I had Orch Right row J seat 5 and 7, got to the last step,then "there was a problem"... Lost em... SUCKS! Now it looks like the whole system is dead

    that happened to me too until i realized that i had my phone number in for the billing address, and not the shipping address. and it kept saying they must match. so i put in my # on both and bingo, got em

    The same thing happened to me and after I lost my tickets then the screen kept telling me I could only buy 1 ticket at a time...and then said an error occurred. Live Nation sucks.

    No offense, but that's not LiveNation's problem. If you went to the actual event page that is where you would have seen the Buy option.

    I had to go in and check my address before it would let me purchase. Took me a second to figure out what they wanted me to do. Then it went to next page.

    Yeah guys, it happened to me too initially, but it meant that your billing and shipping didn't match I believe. At least that was the problem for me. Sucks though guys. Sorry.

    I just went back and checked my billing and mailing address are exactly the same! Oh Well at least I got tickets for Thursday! That's what I get for being greedy!

    i had the same issue but then checked that my billing address and shipping were the same and then was able to get to the next page, it took me 45 minutes before i could get 2 tickets so keep trying.

    You're right, it''s not LN's problem. It's mine because I didn't get the tix. If you read the threads other people had problems navigating. It's just that I am used to other ticket sites, this one was not real good to deal with. Hoping for some better luck for the Philly tix though 10-C. 8-)
