    if an order no longer appears in a member's profile, in all likelihood that order wasn't randomly selected and has been dropped off the system,...

    Just thinking...Why would people be losing rollover shows? My thought is if the roll over is pulled it means you may have gotten tickets for the first show.

    at this point I'm just not checking - esp since there's no way to know what it even means. Now I'm just waiting for the email... :)
