    In the radio i-view McCready said they "hope" it'll be out by the end of the year... we've got some waiting to do. I wish they'd stop touring until they've got some new material to bust out, but the facts are... we've got a bit of a wait yet...

    Probably because the album is nowhere near done or ready for release. The band has had almost 3 years if not more between every album since Yield.

    My calendar indicates that there's a month between now and June....not sure about yours. To me this means there's probably time to add some touches here and there... again, whatever. They will tour when they tour and they will release a new album when they release a new album. No point in freaking out. None of this us up to me (except the freaking out part, which I choose not to)....

    I think the album is done and just being worked on by the engineers. They probably don't want to tour until close to its release (remember they never played any of the other new songs before the self-titled release, unless you count Gone at Borgata). I think its great; they could be waiting to tour and do nothing right now; ast least we get something in between.

    I think they may just not want a leak and don't want to say much so as to keep the new material in the family...
    Also, wouldn't it be great if one day they just announced that the album is coming out in a week?
    Other bands have done it, why not them?
