not letting us buy tickets for more than one show. good going tenc!
It's not a PJ show. I'm sure that won't be the case when PJ tour. Really this gives more members a chance at getting in to a show in their home town. And it changes up who Ed is playing to up front every night which I'm sure he appreciates

Maybe they'll use this method to gauge demand and try and secure more seats per venue for 10C tickets?? Just a thought. Maybe we should wait and see the % of people that don't/do get selected - It could beat the trauma of everyone trying to secure tickets all at the same time with the site crashing constantly.....

Personally I think the idea of limiting the tickets of 1 show per member for the EV gigs, which are much more exclusive with much fewer available tickets, is a very good one. It guarantees more individuals will be able to see Ed live through the presale. People can still try to get more than one show in via other ticket sellers.
It's nothing like the PJ shows where a lot more tickets are allocated to 10c.

And if you think about, the old way of doing the presales was never guaranteed either. The presales would sell out immediately, the site would crash, people would be freaking out, etc. I understand not wanting to "wait and see" but it is a LOT less stressful this way.
I don't like the look of any of these "changes".
These prices are to steep for many of us in this economy when so many of us are hardly making it when it comes to paying normal living expenses.
The new rules sound to much like other bands instead of Pearl Jam's hopefully these rules are just for the Ed solo shows. I am kinda suprised Ed thinks these prices are okay. Ed don't you remember when you were poor and just barely making it ?
Um... I must say I'm pretty bummed. No PJ? Trust me, I want to name my first born after Eddie but this is a drag. Still, Aug/Sept are wide open for a tour! Maybe Eddie ends in HI, hangs there for a month and they tour. I'm just really hoping for PJ to play at the Comcast Center in Mansfield MA rather than the Boston Garden. They are INSANE in open-air venues.
Please don't complain Jammers! They can't make everyone happy. They can't tour everywhere. They have fans everywhere so no matter what they do, there are going to be disappointed fans. I'm pretty confident that Pearl Jam will tour later this year. I will wait for that!

I put in for a chance at Memphis. My husband and I would have a fun little road trip down there. I hope I get in. I'd love to go to PJ in the fall, but I'm pregnant and due in September and that might be a little rough.

Pretty please come here in August!!
Nah, that place sucks because of the curpew and the security in the parking lot. Last year was a debacle there. Id rather it at the Garden. Ive seen Pearl Jam at the Garden 4 times and every show was amazing. Not the shows at Mansfield were bad, its just that curpew ruins the show. They were pissed last year because they had to end the show before they even finished all the song that were on the set list.

I live only a few miles away too! I won one of the Ten Club Contests, and hosted a screening of the Immagine In Cornice DVD @ Northern Lights in Clifton Park!! It was awesome, we had a brand new top of the line Sony Projector that we shot onto an 16 foot x 9 foot screen, and a rockin audio system!!!! I charged admission and raffled of prizes and donated all of the money to The Crohns Disease Foundation!!! A good time was had by all those who attended!! Anyways, I'm pysched he will be here in Albany. P.S.- My daughter and I were on stage with him in Montreal last year!! He sang Happy Birthday to her with the crowd, as well as dedicating Forever Young to her, while we sat a few feet away from him on stage!!! that was amazing!!!!

I like how they're doing it this time, vs. the server crashing way they did it last year (missed tickets to DC1 but got a pair to DC2).
I'll pass this time around. The Baltimore dates are in June and right around when I'll be defending my dissertation and getting ready to move to Atlanta for my new job (and those dates are around the same time).
Oh well, set lists will probably be about the same so maybe some one will get to go in my place who hasn't seen a solo show yet!

Yes! Atlanta!!! I've had to jump on a plane to see PJ for the past however-many years, and FINALLY we get some PJ/EV love!!!! And maybe TWO shows! Sweeeeeeeeet........
I put in for Philly but I am already counting myself out because I have never never never "won" anything from a Pearl Jam 10 club lottery.
Saw Ed twice last year and NJ was such a good show. I would love to see him again, but if I miss the boat I can be happy with my NJPAC experience. It blew my little mind away.
Thank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!
so will have to wait,,couse i cant book flight and hotel from greece and the shows not be sure ,and the tickets too,,i hope the band make a tour ,,wherever ,,i dont care,,ill travel any of All five horizons on this planet,,,,,,
