Here's what the 10C told me to do to fix the issue:
"If you are not receiving our e-newsletters, please login to your membership account and check your profile to make sure "wants product and news emails" are checked off in the contact preferences category."
So basically, go to the PJ Home, then go to your "Settings" for your profile. In the Settings page, there's a link to "Edit Contact Preferences" on the left. Both boxes weren't selected for me, so that is likely why I didn't receive anything. This must have occurred with the website changes a few months back. Just check the boxes and save your profile.
