Kind of disturbing that so many of us didn't get it and it might help
to know what's happening.

    This was the response I got from an email I sen them., They got back to me very swiftly.

    Hi,
    It sounds like your email is not accepting html emails. Please change the
    preferences in your email settings to do so.

    That's not my case either, I get HTML as well and I was receiving the emails fine until the merge happened, I definately dont think all of us didnt get the email because of HTML after all of us used to get it fine before.

    Dammit - I was hoping for something more like "we know, we are dealing with it". The email got f**ked up. I hope they are looking into why

    I hope so too, its clearly some wrong on their end, maybe they are getting swamped by emails about the same thing

    My husband got the first email but he didn’t get the second one…. I really hope this gets fixed because I know this is not my email’s issue, nothing has changed, I get HTML emails from any other website and the 10C lists are on my safe senders and safe mailing lists, this is really frustrating, maybe I’ll get the second one later, I hope :(
