Alpine Valley - September

We all know that a tour is in the works for around this september.so this timeframe shouldn't be new to anyone here.Just wanted to let everyone know that i have the usual online source.You know,the friend of a friend who works for Live Nation.That kind of source!
He is saying they are playing Alpine in September.No exact date for ya,or if it's one,two or even 3 ( :shock: ) show's.
This isn't groundbreaking news.We all know it was time again.they always seem to listen to where we want em to play.Just thought people here would like to know what i was told.
Might ease some mind's (Patrick!!!).

Hmmm....that is close enough that I wouldn't feel bad about traveling!!

I'm a little burnt out from traveling as much as I have lately to see them!

It will ease my mind when I see Pearl Jam on the marque b4 entering Alpine's parking lot.

Alpine Valley is one of my absolute favorite venues! This would be fucking brilliant! And I don't even live anywhere close to Wisconsin

Gorge has had some great PJ shows last few years. Now it's time for Red Rocks and Alpine to get their day or days of shows.

Is there any rumors about PJ playing shows in Boston this year?? Or does everyone think this tour will strictly be in the south and west coast??

If this speculation is correct, just remember to bundle up. Sure September is one month earlier than the show in 2000, but from what I remember the first review here (http://www.amazon.com/10-00-East-Troy-Wisconsin/dp/B00005APZQ) is pretty accurate. As soon as the sun started going down the temp absolutely bottomed out. There were some coooooold people in just t-shirts that night.
