I think my favorite was "Drop The Leaves." Every time my buddy and I get together to listen to an old show it invariably comes back to one of us saying "Drop the leaves. Drop the leaves. I gotta go out and rake."
One of mine is titled "We're Gonna Hungry" -- an obvious bad "Hunger Strike" reference.<!-- Facebook Fan Badge START --><div style="width: 100%;"><div style="background: #3B5998;padding: 5px;"><img src="http://www.facebook.com/images/fb_logo_small.png" alt="Facebook"/><img src="http://badge.facebook.com/badge/147713062953.614141056.2133926001.png" alt="" width="0" height="0"/></div><div style="background: #EDEFF4;display: block;border-right: 1px solid #D8DFEA;border-bottom: 1px solid #D8DFEA;border-left: 1px solid #D8DFEA;margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 5px 0px;"><div style="background: #EDEFF4;display: block;padding: 5px;"><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0"><tr><td valign="top"><img src="http://www.facebook.com/images/icons/fbpage.gif" alt=""/></td><td valign="top"><p style="color: #808080;font-family: verdana;font-size: 11px;margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px;padding: 0px 8px 0px 8px;"><a href="http://www.facebook.com/donny.anderson3" title="Donny Anderson" target="_TOP" style="color: #3B5998;font-family: verdana;font-size: 11px;font-weight: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;text-decoration: none;">Donny Anderson</a> is a fan of</p></td></tr></table></div><div style="background: #FFFFFF;clear: both;display: block;margin: 0px;overflow: hidden;padding: 5px;"><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0"><tr><td valign="middle"><a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Seattle-WA/All-Thats-Sacred/147713062953" title="All That's Sacred" target="_TOP" style="border: 0px;color: #3B5998;font-family: verdana;font-size: 12px;font-weight: bold;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;text-decoration: none;"><img src="http://www.facebook.com/profile/pic.php?oid=AAAAAwAgACAAAAAMe57NWURaItSTAkndkF9yqc7YLeudXUlRbmI8Zlgt-969scmCqdU_G75K8TUPm74XnrGy4aB9ajQkobWBvlZyhgM-q2b4ag6Rsz_-7m8GsQaFt3vc_HiYJNPN_5g-HvB-&size=square" style="border: 0px;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;" alt="All That's Sacred"/></a></td><td valign="middle" style="padding: 0px 8px 0px 8px;"><a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Seattle-WA/All-Thats-Sacred/147713062953" title="All That's Sacred" target="_TOP" style="border: 0px;color: #3B5998;font-family: verdana;font-size: 12px;font-weight: bold;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;text-decoration: none;">All That's Sacred</a></td></tr></table></div></div><div style="display: block;float: right;margin: 0px;padding: 4px 0px 0px 0px;"><a href="http://www.facebook.com/facebook-widgets/fanbadges.php" title="Create your Fan Badge" target="_TOP" style="color: #3B5998;font-family: verdana;font-size: 11px;font-weight: none;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;text-decoration: none;">Create your Fan Badge</a></div></div><!-- Facebook Fan Badge END -->0 -

I think they played it with Steve Cropper. Who he is I have no fucking clue.0 -
As a house guitarist, he played on hundreds of records, from "(Sittin' on) the Dock of the Bay", cowritten with Otis Redding
sounds right. gracias!This show, another show, a show here and a show there.0 -

I have tons of these old bootleg cds. I have a duplicate 1992 live cd. If anyone is interested I'll sell or trade it to you. It is an original cd with jewel case and artwork. Sound quality is ok not the best. I think it is live in the Netherlands. Send me a PM if interested!!8/29/00, 7/3/03, 5/24/06,6/28/08 & 6/30/08, 10/9/09,10/28/09, 10/30/09 & 10/31/09, 5/15/10, 5/17/10, 5/18/10, 5/20/10 & 5/21/10, 10/23/10 & 10/24/10, 9/3/11, 9/4/11, 9/11/11, 9/12/11, 9/23/11, 9/22/12, 9/30/12, 7/16/13, 7/19/130

Those were the days!!! I have a good 40 or so of them bootleg CDs...and easily over 100 bootlegs on tapes..remember them?? LOL ah the good ole days...0
-
I have 10-20 of those lying around.
My favorite one - Years ago a coworker had his vehicle. a Caprice, stolen. Weeks later he spots it at a CVS store, calls the cops, and voila gets his car back from the police pound. Inside he finds about 100 cd's that aren't his, either they're the crooks or stolen from other vehicles.
He brings them to work and offers them to anyone who's interested. I being the only other person interested start going thru them and come across 2 cds that have a picture of a basketball on em. Pop it into a player and it's PJ! I believe it's unofficial title is Road Rage or Blaylock? Utah 95 if I remeber correctly.....If you have a chance to make life better for others, and fail to do so, you are wasting your time on this earth.

I really miss going to local shops and finding these things. I haven't seen them in years. Don't get me wrong. It's awesome that the band took the initiative to release their shows and perform quality control for us listeners, but I do miss that little rush when I would run across a soundboard quality show from the early years. Loved finding those early European shows where they were playing to 500 people.
I passed up the opportunity to buy the Den Haag show from early '92 once only to wind up immediately regretting it severely. It took me 3 or 4 years to find it again and when I did I jumped at the chance to pick it up (well before the internet, mind you). I paid about $25 for it but it was soundboard quality and a truly amazing performance to listen to. If you haven't listened to it, find it. You owe yourself the chance to hear a band going for broke and achieving it. Personally, I rank this show up there with Atlanta '94.
As a bonus, the copy I have has "Leash" listed as "Drop the Leaves" like I mentioned earlier in the thread. All part of the experience."A lot more people are capable of being big out there that just don't give themselves a chance." -Stone Gossard0 -
wasnt there one of these boots where I think one of Ed's brothers sings a song? I cant remember what but I have it on casette tape but cant find it nor have nothing to play it in. Maybe I made this up as I havent slept in a few days but if anyone has any input, I am an ear...0

Not sure about his brother singing, but in the Den Haag show I have you hear eV invite his brother on stage to play bass during "I've Got a Feeling." From the sound of it he actually did. "thump. thump. thump. thump, etc..." Another reason why I love this show. Spontaneity you don't see any more."A lot more people are capable of being big out there that just don't give themselves a chance." -Stone Gossard0
