UPS Lost My Package

Well folks, looks like UPS can not find Frederick MD.
Anyone who knows DC/Balt Metro knows where Frederick MD is. But not UPS.
Called many times and UPS "thinks" but can not say for sure that my box may have more then one label.
Emailed 10C to let them know to the mess UPS made.

I'm sure that 10C will send you a new one, UPS is going to have to answer for that package and refund 10C for the value of the package, that's what usually happens at my office when UPS loses an order like that.
I hope you get your set real soon.
Didn't know they worked overnight.
Maybe 10C keeps re-routing it to keep it away

Not really, when its out for delivery the driver has to get it out that same day , if for some reason the driver didn’t deliver it that same day they take it back to the station and the scan will say rescheduled for the next business day.
We had a package last week that showed out for delivery for 2 days when we called after the customer called us our account manger told us is was lost.
But in those cases UPS has to answer for that package.
I guess there can always be the exception and maybe the UPS guy took it home with him didn’t scan it at the station and took out for delivery again today and will deliver it later. :P
