UPS Lost My Package

Well folks, looks like UPS can not find Frederick MD.
Anyone who knows DC/Balt Metro knows where Frederick MD is. But not UPS.
Called many times and UPS "thinks" but can not say for sure that my box may have more then one label.
Emailed 10C to let them know to the mess UPS made.

    I'm sure that 10C will send you a new one, UPS is going to have to answer for that package and refund 10C for the value of the package, that's what usually happens at my office when UPS loses an order like that.

    And this morning UPS still shows it out for delivery.
    Didn't know they worked overnight.

    have a similar story...after waiting 3 months for the box set, it finally is scheduled for a Monday delivery. i wait all day, and then check Ups website to find that my package has experienced an "exception" and that it's rescheduled for Tuesday. I think, ok, that sucks, but one more day is fine. Then Tuesday i repeat the process, only to find that they delivered my package to some random house 30 mins away from my house and left it on the porch. So now i'm freaking out, expecting the worse, picturing some drunk red neck getting my prized possession box set and using it for fire wood and coasters for his 30 pack of natural light. So i had to call Ups 2 different times to get it all figured out. Then they said the driver has the info but can't pick it up till Wednesday so i become even more freaked out that it may sit out in the freezing cold all night long. But this morning i must say that i received my box set, unharmed, and intact. BUt man that was a lot of unneeded stress. It was the Ten Clubs fault in the first place for sending it Ups to my po box. And btw, no sigs.

    Not really, when its out for delivery the driver has to get it out that same day , if for some reason the driver didn’t deliver it that same day they take it back to the station and the scan will say rescheduled for the next business day.

    We had a package last week that showed out for delivery for 2 days when we called after the customer called us our account manger told us is was lost.

    But in those cases UPS has to answer for that package.
    I guess there can always be the exception and maybe the UPS guy took it home with him didn’t scan it at the station and took out for delivery again today and will deliver it later. :P
