Wait a sec ... what was this post originally about ? Oh yeah ... so I'm not sure why people pay for the membership if they don't think it's worth it? For the last 16 years I thought it wasn't worth it, so I never joined. Last year, I said, "What have I been thinking all those years" and so I joined. Make your own decisions and don't blame others if you change your mind. This is like me saying "Wait a minute?! Why didn't TenClub email me and tell me what I've been missing all these years?! Damn them! It's all their fault I haven't been included on concert ticket presales!" Seriously, just stop buying merchandise or don't renew your membership. No biggie.
The fans in Europe got screwed on this one, plain and simple. By UPS or 10club? I'm not sure. I'll wait and see how it's resolved before I pass judgment on anyone.
However, as a brand new person to the ways/workings of TenClub, I feel it was made PERFECTLY clear that:
1) these were NOT exclusive editions- they were gearing up for a full-fledge ten-rerelease - and "in stores 3/24" is as simple & concise as language gets.
2) a chance to score "random" autographed sets is a lottery (ie. rare)
Sure, mistakes happen, and if I initially HAD thought it was exclusive to TenClub, and then realized my mistakes, I would have politely emailed TenClub and asked to cancel my order. Did anyone try that? (I'm not being sarcastic, I'm actually asking).
my only question is why the hell do the boxes cost $95 at my local retailer in Poland if they cost $140 at 10club?? And why did I have to pay $30 extra to UPS if I already pait $50 for shipping.
I don't think I'm cheap if I decided to pay $190 for the set.
im sorry speedy, not cheap i guess i mean stupid. i mean all those guns pointed to fan club members heads, forcing them to use their mouse button. ya buy it ya dont buy it, just dont be a whiney dumbass and complain about something you bought..
