    It is really good quality.

I forgot about RITFW. I wonder why they left that off.

I haven't watched "Unplugged" in a looong time, I had it on a VHS, that was grainy with said track number on the bottom. Anyway, watching it last night Ed looked like a baby to me! Seriously he looks like's he 13 years old!

    Still a great show.

Interesting that the tracklisting on the back is basically the correct running order (compared to the original airing) except they moved Porch to the end? Has anyone watched it yet, does it have the between song banter?

For example if there was no better source? Do you have the 31/12/1992 CD that came with 10C Avocado, it's not the best quality. I'm sure the Momma-Son tape won't have the best sound. It's better to have something that nothing though!

Having said that, sounds like Unplugged is sweet. I'll be watching it tonight!

That's different. That's a bootleg. This is a MTV program.

I think it does, but I'm not sure. I "watched" it last night meaning I watched a couple of songs and fast forwarded to some parts I just wanted to see (ie "We belong together", Porch jam). I was really tired after watching Lost (read: flipping through the PJ composition book) but I don't think there was the banter where he says the thing about them having rules about no cursing, but no rules about no thrashing and then he says this would be the song to do it on. I might have just missed it because I was fast forwarding. I'm sure someone will set us straight.

I believe this is the setlist from that performance...
    Oceans
    State Of Love And Trust
    Alive
    Black
    Jeremy
    Porch
    Even Flow
    Rockin In The Free World

My question is... Why don't we get the whole performance?! I haven't received the SUPER DELUXE yet, but it is my understanding that we just get what aired on MTV. Is this right?

No banter and the songs are not in order of performance. For example, during E Flo you can clearly see the exclamation points on Ed's wrist from "Pro Choice!!!," even though he doesn't write that on his arm until Porch, which comes after :ugeek: :D

I guess I will be listening to the timecode-version still after I buy the official one.

Did they take out the parts when Ed sings/talks about beth?

I'm not super pissed about it, but it is annoying that the whole thing isn't there. Mainly because they touted it by saying it included "Oceans" which was never aired. I don't understand why they wouldn't just include the whole thing.

  • that's so fucking stupid!! why did they have to go and fuck with it? Beth was the love of his life at the time..so what they aren't together anymore..the Ten reissue is all about what once was..NOT what now IS!!
