Spending the weekend doing nothing but sleeping in gardening going to bed early and doing stuff that I want to do

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
Skiing on sunday ... and it will be like that until they close the ski resorts around here.
I need fresh air since I just agreed for a 20% salary cut for a 6 months period :evil:

Sounds like my kind of weekend! It's really rainy, gloomy, and overcast here with no sign of letting up...perfect weekend for a bowl, some basketball and all day in sweats on the couch

we had fun today in Austin. scored some good records & my wife finally got her new computer that she's been drooling over. we were able to stop @ ikea and get the pot rack that i've been wanting. our house isn't huge (esp the kitchen), so this was a must-have. she gets a new computer, i get a pot rack....sounds good to me!
i just fired up the grill & opened a cold Shiner Bock. we're just going to relax outside for as long as we want. it's the first weekend that we've been home for the whole weekend in a few weeks & i've been looking forward to it!
hope everyone has a nice weekend as well. gotta go---can't let the Shiner get warm. cheers!

Two Lovers was excellent. Well to me at least . It was my kind of movie...dramatic, yet some good laughs. It wasn't a overdone or poor in taste dramatic either. All the roles were played perfectly. Joaquin Phoenix did well, as I expected.
