Pick a PJ Entrance Song for me

I need help from you all to pick a PJ song as entrance music. Basically, I've got an event coming up soon where I will be called down in front of 300 people to receive some important life changing information. Everyone involved gets to pick their own "entrance music" to be played while they come down to the front. I know for sure that I want mine to be PJ but am having trouble picking which song. It needs to be about 60-90 seconds and can be any portion of a song. The only restrictions are that the music can't have any explicit words (it's an all ages event), it needs to be upbeat and needs to be from a studio release (i.e. no crowd noise).

My initial choices are:

Rearviewmirror
Whipping
Marker in the Sand
Alive
Corduroy
Hold On
YL

I'd love anyone thoughts or suggestions. :)

    I got one for you.

No Ceiling off the Into the Wild Soundtrack.

With you description of the event, my opinion is that song would fit nicely.

  • I always thought Deep was a good entrance song. I have a friend who's an indy pro wrestler, and he uses Deep as his entrance music.

60-90 seconds seems like a lot of a song to be called down to...

Honestly I would probably do a live version of baba o'riley... the beginning is so epic.

or you could do lukin... probably do the whole song.

Except that he can't have expletives in the music.

I like the idea of a song off Into the Wild soundtrack.

    And CONGRATULATIONS !!!!

Well, I just started listening to Yield right now, sitting in a library on my campus, so I'd have to say Brain of J. The line "The whole world will be different soon" might fit with the medical profession, that you are trying to change the world. Or faithful...or given to fly...or MFC...really, most of Yield could satisfy this.

On a related note, congratulations!! Hope your residency goes great in the coming years!
