    i feckin love tribute bands :) i think i actually have more fun at their shows then at actual pj shows haha

    anyways i am a groupie of the cover band "ten" from pittsburgh. they will be playing two pittsburgh shows on 3/20 and 3/27 as well as a philly show (at the trocadero!) and a new jersey show. check them out if you get a chance, they are AMAZING!

    Take it from a glorified version of a karaoke singer: you too can join a tribute band if "all [you] can do is sing". I just have to get enough of the lyrics right (translated: about as much as EV) and let the real musicians in the band carry me. (And yes, they are real musicians regardless of whether they can claim involvement with an original project. Defining musicianship is as appropriately ambiguous as defining art.)

    While we'll probably play a greater number of Ten songs (bonus tracks included) than we did at our Jan. 30 North Star show, we want the River Street set to be special because it'll be our first performance after the album's reissue. Maybe we'll repeat the all-Ten set at a later date.
