    Texting takes a fraction of the time of a phone call... it's a one-way convo. If you call, people can try to draw you into convo and force you to be rude to get away. I have no qualms with text use.

    I think she would have called him back if she were interested. Sorry... she changed her mind, and did a very bad job of communicating it. Wasn't your fault! I agree that you should not call her again. She's got your number.

    You can't dump someone you never dated. The dude's never even been on a date with the girl.

    No, it's not cool to dump someone via text. But generally speaking, even if i CAN afford to take 5 minutes out of my precious day to call someone, I'd just as soon text if possible. I fucking hate people and I hate talking to them on the phone even more! :)

    this is true. but my sentiment remains. ALL people should grow some cajones when it comes to treating people right. if you dont want to do something, or see someone, just say so. tis not that difficult. even me with my well known aversion to my fellow humans can manage this.

    My advice...since I am kind of going through the same thing...difference is we went on a few dates and talked for hours over the phone....then poof! Still sends me messages but declines all future meet-ups and still suggest alternate days...

    So my advice is just to give up...do not call/message/e-mail her anymore...she has your number and the ball is in her court...continuing to try will not accomplish anything except to creep her out....also by doing this you will stop leading yourself on....which to me is the important thing to stop doing.....

    Sucks, but there are more people out there and if she really is not talking to you because she does not have the nerve to say she is not interested you really do not want to be involved with that person anyway....also if she is in fact busy and is still interested she will get a hold of you if she is seriously into...regardless ball in her court and it is a win-win situation for you....hope that helps.

    Haha, jk. And I agree with most of the posters; I'm not interested in chasing anyone. I guess I was just feeling shitty the other night, and just pissed in general. Though, if the situation were ever reversed, I would definitely not just send a text, and either call on the phone or talk in person.
