family emergency or no, that's pretty friggin' lame... unless the emergency is that he's in the hospitol....

seriously, if he's having that tough a time, just refund the money. if he has been on this board since the "emergency" popped up, then he's well enough to be browsing the internet... that means he should be well enough to either send your item or refund the money.

regardless of who vouches for him as a "good guy".... 2 months is beyond the period where leeway should be granted, in my opinion....

completely agree. you have obligations to members, they are binding. you've had time to be on the board, emergency over.

i bought a couple of posters from yosi just before christmas,they took a few weeks longer than expected,but they did arrive.(hawaii u2,pj&dusseldorf-woo hoo) :ugeek:
i hope that they arrive soon for the buyer,but i think if i,m ever gonna sell anything on here i,ll insist on postal insurance its the fairest way to both parties

Only thing about postal insurance when shipping overseas is you have to declare the market value - then you'll get ripped for import taxes!!! Ends up costing me an average of £30 -£40 QUID usually once they add on the 'handling' fee. :(

I remembered reading about "TEDSTAP" on expressobeans ... and found these threads ....

they don't make a lot of sense, but it does look like he had some bad feedback at some point ... not sure if any of the folks posting in here can help you .... hope you can make sense of it.
