ok i bought a poster from this guy back in december,sent him money thru paypal asap!! he never shipped it got back to me a week later said he had family emergency.. i understood!! Kept telling me he would send it out and blah blah blah... Now he doesnt answer my emails!! im am totally shocked!!! I paid for it on DEC 27... i really am pissed i mean at least refund me back the money, i thought this guy was trustworthy!!! ????

having known for almost 4 years on this board i can vouch for him. hes an active member in the poster community and is very trustworthy. i havent seen him in ages around though. you say hes got family problems maybe thats why he hasnt been around. hope he isnt depressed or anything.

It might be the last thing on your mind but, it seems forgotten. Im sure he is cool saw him alot in allencomp back in the day family emergency or not 2 months seems like plenty of time to respond.

In 86 probably had a tim kerr flyers jersey. If i had any non philly player jersey it would never ever ever be any Ny or dallas player. larry Fitz would proabably be the only non philly jersey i would want.

If you paid with Paypal, open a complaint with them. The benefit of paying that way is that you are protected when stuff like this happens. If you open a complaint with them, they will freeze those funds on his end and he will be forced to respond. Definitely the best way to proceed for both parties....it's just like opening a conversation with an official mediator.

you got it! I had to do this with someone a few months back with an item on ebay. It took about a month to get the money back, but it finally cam back to me.

I have been in your boat. I contacted someone on BRY for a WPB poster from the last AMES sub. I paid him early to secure the poster when it arrived. After I started hearing other people say there subs were arriving I tried to contact him and got no response. I waited about a week before I started getting angry. By the time I contacted Paypal they said "This dispute closed because it was opened for more than 45 days after the transaction date." So bottom line, make sure you file your complaint within 45 days! Looks like you may have missed your chance if you sent him the money on Dec, 27th.
