I'll compromise and choose green river. Though mmj would save me money instead of going to two sets of concerts. Screaming trees would be spectacular too.

    Nobody.....
PJ to play an acoustic set, take a short break and then the electric stuff, sort of like CSNY on FourWay Street. (anyone old enough to remember that one!)

I actually LOLZ for real when I read that... small things amuse small minds I suppose.

But I vote for the following show and openers.

    PEARL JAM
    Mudhoney
    Greenriver

Greenriver can play maybe 5 quick songs instead of an ED warm up....
Mudhoney can come in a sleeze up a rocking sweatin set
Pearl Jam can tear that mother down and build it back up in a 3hr+ set

    Social Distortion would be great.
It makes much more sense to live in the present tense.

Out of all the choices listed, I would go with The Black Keys first then MMJ.

Pearl Jam opening for Fugazi or The Mars Volta.

No matter who any of you suggest, NOTHING could ever top that show.

Fugazi/PJ would never happen because PJ has charged $10 a ticket since Ten broke out

    Wow,

I had to take a moment and really think about this one...

I'd be a huge fan of no opener and more PJ...

I'd love to see KoL or MMJ open again...

But, seriously, I got most excited when I saw someone recommend Local H.

    I love the H.

That would be an awesome opening gig...
If Adam and Eve had Taco Bell they would have never eaten that filthy fruit...

I'd love an EV ITW solo set. Gaslight Anthem would be great as well or any repeat that they've had before except Ted Leo. (KOL or MMJ again would be fine by me).

This is a perfect idea. I can’t see Jeff and Stone playing two sets a night but who knows. It would be great!

seriously for the amount of money we pay and for the "legend" status this band has, its bout time they have no opening act. give us 4-6 hour shows. then it be worth the 80 bucks.

It's already worth it and you know it!!

But, I'd still vote for LOCAL H!!!!!
Hell, they even have a song called EDDIE VEDDER. They're basically begging to open.

    So am I!!!!!!!!

Either The Raconteurs or Chris Cornell (cause we all know after this next cd he's going to have to resort to becoming an opener)

I saw Glenn and Marketa at the Agganis Arena a couple months back. He puts on a great show and I could totally see The Frames opening for Pearl Jam
