I do, weirdly enough. I have a few-I think all the PJ albums up to but not including Riot Act (don't think Riot Act was released on MD), plus I have the Singles soundtrack on MD.
There's a massive Virgin or Tower in Times Square that used to have a wall full of them that I got a bunch at back in 2002, and the rest I got second hand.
I was using MD to tape lots of shows at the time, so I actually listened to the original MD's I bought.
On a side note: the Edirol R-O9H is the GOD of formats for live music taping. I got mine last year, and it's a dream. Judas Priest is Belfast last week came out rockin'.
My Pearl Jam shows: 1 in 1995, 2 in 1998, 20 in 2003, 13 in 2006, 3 in 2007, 8 in 2008, 5 in 2009, 4 in 2010, 5 in 2012. EV: 8 in 2011, 1 in 2012. Brad: 1 in 1998, 1 in 2002.

I used to have hundreds of my own recorded minidiscs, they were a great format whilst they lasted but never caught on. Virtually indestructible and very easy to use.....
I only wanted Binaual now however to add to the collection...

I still have all of 'em!
They never caught on because of the fact that they were so durable....no repeat purchases for record companies...
iPod (mp3 player) didn't help it's success either...
