    Good luck! Hopefully you'll get an offer which will give me hope that companies are still hiring. I've been out of work myself for like 6-7 weeks now and am beginning to think all anybody is doing right now is laying people off.

    thanks :D and thanks mfc :D . It's next Friday so a week from tomorrow... should give me plenty of time to get my shit together... another agency wanna see me next Wednesday too... so I'll treat that as practice :D . She was concerned about how I was gonna get there (it IS quite a trek but no worse than where I worked in Dublin) and suggested a different route to the one I took... so I'll try that the day of the interview and leave about three hours early or something :mrgreen:

    they had said the start date would likely be the following Monday so I guess they have their reasons... it's a new post within the company.
