You gotta wonder though, if he's willing to spend the $ on a bunch of motion sensors, why not just put up a big ass electric fence?

Yea, its obvious the guy is into it and likes catching these people. But, think about if you lived where he does and all these people constantly come onto your property every day, taking what they want the leaving shit behind....either move, or I guess try to stop it. He is sending a message that is for sure.
lol Electric fence would be a good idea. But I think he owns like 45 Acres or some shit.

I saw this on the no spin zone last night and I couldn't agree with you more. What I wanna know is what's the difference between holding a burglar at gun point until the cops arrive. can we not protect are property any more. I would of shot the mf's if it would have been my property. It blows my mind when illegals say that their rights have been violated.
  • I think he owns over 300 acres
  • what bullshit...

dude needs a hobby. kicking women and holding people at gunpoint seems a little excessive. put up signs, a fence something. patrolling your ranch in camo with high tech surveillance gear seems like he might be taking it a little too far.

With all that money he's spent... maybe he should hire some illegals to patrol his property, making sure no illegals tresspass, instead. That seems to be the American way of doing business.

some people have burglar alarms. some have other technology.

...not reading the actual story, but if you're on someone's property illegally... then you'll run into some trouble.

Then he should be forced to "tithe" 10% of it back to the illegals.
Along with CEO pay caps, we need to institute "Land Caps" as well.
I think we can all agree that somewhere between 25 and 50 acres is ALL one person should need.
How much land does the White House sit on?
Perhaps coming up with some figure based on that,
you know, "no man should have more land than the President does".

They sneak across the border knowing they're not supposed to. Somehow I doubt they're going to just read a sign and go "oh, shit, I guess we should go another way!"

Sounds like this guy's just fed up. I got the impression there were established trails he was just turning a blind eye to until it got out of hand and people started fucking with his shit. He even put in a faucet for them to get water. I think he's just had enough, and I don't blame him.

    ...
    Here's a place to start...
How about Arizona coming down HARD on all of the American citizens in Arizona that HIRE illegals? This would make the trek through Arizona very trecherous. Catch the guy going to the Home Depot in Mesa, AZ. that hires day illegal day laborers to bust out his old driveway as well as the Dennys in Phoenix that hires illegal busboys and cooks. Crackdown and sieze the property of Arizona farmers and ranchers that hire illegals. Go after the root cause of the border crossings instead of trying to slolve the symptoms that are the border crossings. Punish the criminal Americans as well as the illegal immigrants... even the ones whom hire illegals for one day to clear the brush on their property.
No jobs... no illegals... no problem.

Personally I think he showed a great deal of restraint. He has had his house broken into, livestock killed, had to clean up the garbage (human waste) that these vermin have left behind. Sounds to me like he has a great hobby. I'm sure you haven't had to stop 12,000 people from trespassing on your property though so maybe he is not being excessive at all.

The other real problem is the scumbag lawyer and spineless judge that allow this case to continue.

I had heard about this over the weekend. Most of you know I am an advocate for less regulation concerning our Mexican neighbors. With that being said, I have to step away and look at the scenario. I imagine this man has probably even turned a blind eye in the past. After all, if a situation such as this has been festering for a while, somehow the coyote must have been using his property in times past.

It's no different than a home invasion robbery, only the land is vast, as the story states a range of 300 acres.
Its' truly a shame that these people feel there's more opportunity for them here, but they must enter our country thru legal means, because when someone is here illegally, they are essentially like a fugitive, anyhow. He or she has no rights on the street nor will they have rights in a Civil court.

In cities, when legitimate U.S. citizens who are predatorial, such as gang members, go into neighborhoods where non documented people live and wreak havoc on their lives. That is not what I would call freedom or humane living.

I do know that if you are non documented and have a court case pending here in the states, the Gov't will keep you as long as your appearence is required.

May we hope that some good will come out of this scenario. Peace.

The only good that will come out of this is the judge dropping this frivolous lawsuit. This is setting a dangerous standard if allowed to continue. The judges actions in this case amount to at the most treason, the very least betrayal of his country.

I'm guessing that is what will happen. This has all the makings of a publicity stunt.

The man has rounded up 12,000 illegals by himself? Maybe he needs to teach the border patrol a few classes. This is a bullshit lawsuit.

Land was inhabited by Native American Indians prior to white fks like this guy slaughtered them. Seems like the "vermin" illegals have more right to the land than does he. All a matter of perspective or rather what one wants to overlook to keep that warm and fuzy feeling.
