I am going to a VFW post in West Philly. Apparently they have quite the spread there - lobster, prime rib, open bar, etc. Tickets are like 50 dollars each and sell out really fast. My friend's dad is going through some radiation treatment right now and can't attend and gave his son his 4 tickets so I'll be living it up for free.

I think it gets a 41 rating with about 88-92 million people watching.

I don't know why you are posting in this thread in the first place if you find football so boring. Your posts reflect your knowledge of the game by the way.
First the fact that the cinderella Cardinals are playing in their first ever SB will increase the ratings. People will be tuning in to see if they can take it all.
Second, as noted in other posts, Pittsburgh has one of the largest national followings. The Steeler fans will be watching everywhere for the chance at a record sixth SB ring(#5 at the left btw).
Third, it's the Super Bowl, I don't think technically speaking there is such a thing as a low rated SB. Only when comparing them to one another can that be said.
I think Arizona is going to bring alot of people to the set and it will be highly rated.
We'll be playing poker and celebrating a couple of friends 40th birthdays.

I was curious about this, because I know the Cowboys also have a large following. I Googled "Steelers Bars" and "Dallas Cowboys Bars" and I couldn't find one for the Cowboys but I did find a Steelers list. Wow.... that is a lot of Steelers friendly bars, both National and International.

own here in Florida it's being reported that for the first time erver there's still a few thousand tickets left for the SB. Maybe interest is down because of the teams involved.
I Gaurantee well maybe hoping the Cardinals will win. Today at the Palm Beach Kennel Club they had a race between two greyhounds one Steelers and the other Cards. The Cardinal dog won won by a mile and the Kennel Club is owned by the Rooney's.
