    Where in Oz you moving? I've thought about uprooting to Melbourne several times.

    Moving to Melbourne with my old lady. I spent a year there in 04, and I personally think Melbourne is far superior to Sydney. Not as American if that makes sense.

    Gold Coast is great for surfing, hanging out on the beach, that sorta thing. But I think AFL is the most amazing part of Australian life. So Melbourne is my spot!

    agreed, from Brisbane you can get to Noosa and the gold coast within an hour. Sydney isnt so hot for that type of thing, dont get me wrong though I'd prefer either to being in the UK, my wife? sadly not
