    We have just gotten back from Mon Repos beach and we got to watch to a clutch of endangered Loggerhead turtles hatch from the nest and make the journey to the ocean.....there was a total of 114 eggs in the clutch and 110 successfully hatched!!! Woohoo, very cool and the kids all thought it was awesome! :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

    Husband made Friday night plans- a date- said he'll "pick me up at 6pm" if I accept ;)
    that is early for him- he must be having our graphic artist close up or he'll be late-
    thats a lot of planning in itself :D

    I just got my first college acceptance letter!!! (SUNY Albany)
    Definitely not my first choice at all, but it's the first letter I've got, so I'm really excited about that- it's a great feeling!
    Now to wait for 8 more school's decisions!

    spending the entire day with my little guy, just me and him, playing games, building stuff,swimming and just chilling out...only got tomorrow left then he's a big school kid!!! smiley-shocked028.gif wow where has time gone??

    last Thursday, got a much needed haircut and a new spray in product. asked the stylist what she was putting in my hair and she showed me a little purple bottle called "Its a Ten". It does ten different things. And of course I thought of Pearl Jam and Ten so how could I turn it down, right? :D I'm such a sucker.

    My little Charlie
    each morning Pops lets them all out and 1,2,3 they run back up the stairs to share a little time with me in bed.
    I love this time in the dark with them. Charlie is always last up- a difficult climb for an old man with 6 inch legs. We just got him stairs to get up on the bed so up he comes. He sniffs my hair then lays tight against my body. He's warm - like a little baked potato- golden brown and round. He feels so good. His breathing is labored and moves with mine. This time with him makes my day. A nice start to the day. How blessed am I to love these doggies.
