What will you miss most from the old pit

My vote goes to the post count names. I always enjoyed seeing the name change/trying to post to change it. I loved seeing lurker ghosts as well as the Gone clan.

So in honor of the old pit, what will you miss and please post your count song at the end, the final one

Are we calling this new board Message Pit? Cos if not, then thats what I'll miss the most... And I hope they add some different themes to this board, but it's definitely come along way since it launched. Good work guys!

About this new board... I like having images here, ability to delete posts, the online Stickman and some additional smilies, but I do think this board is harder to read. It's all a matter of what we get used to I guess

just knowing everyone's user names is a big one. so many connections made through knowing who you are talking to.
and the sense of "home" that we all had over there....we all have to get used to it here i guess... i hope all the name changes go over smoothly...

I will MOST Definitley miss my old user name (RIP StoneyChix..XXXX) I will miss the post counts with the PJ songs to show how many posts you had made. I will miss losing all the posts that I had on the Message pit..and most of all i will miss all the friends that I had on there (who i am not sure are on here anymore, because half of our usernames have changed!!)

I have been a daily visitor to the old pit for a seriously,seriously long time...getting used to the new pit is gonna take time...But i'll get there..am starting to like the new one!!

one thing i will miss is when you put your mouse over a thread title the old pit showed a preview of what it said so you didn't have to open it. the new one just says new posts or something.

How about being able to put your cursor over the thread title and read whats in there without clicking??? Gonna miss that. A LOT. thats a pretty big feature.

My post count..... I was only about 50 away from "sad" ( i think thats after LBC)

also just the theme I had which was avaocado lite.

This forum kicks ass, but the simplicity of the old one was just awesome.

I loved the simple style of the old one - I looked like it could be a work related site

I really miss the preview also, but don't get the post count? I don't see anything. :(
I also miss seeing the arrow that showed if you had posted in the thread. Am I missing this somewhere?
Mostly though, I'll miss those that for whatever reason won't make it over here.
Edit: Almost forgot to say I miss that when you click on a link it doesn't open a new tab. I keep forgetting I have to go back. :(

i don't understand the name problem. i still have mine.

so far i miss seeing my siggy and everyone elses. but hopfully they'll fix it.

wouldn't miss the tons of double posts. trust me this is a good thing come tour time.
