Was the ref laughing at Odell when he missed that holding call?
    It's Philly, probably.

Speaking neutrally... he was average at best. He committed errors of the physical and mental (despite his experience) variety.

His peers (like Philip Rivers) are performing admirably late in their careers. Eli simply doesn't have it right now.

That's fine and he has generally been terrible.  He wasn't their biggest issue yesterday though.

Very true. Rivers was a beast again yesterday. The Giants biggest problem yesterday was getting away from their run game in the second half for some strange reason.

Doesn't change the fact that Eli threw a horrible INT at the end of the half, against a middle school secondary, that cost them points in a game decided by a field goal.

And the time out was just funny.

wasn't as bad as Ben Rothelsberger's INT late in the 4th quarter though.

    Agreed.

That looked like a point shaving maneuver.

Oh my god--yeah, speaking as someone who lost a money bit on that throw, I concur. That ball had ZERO chance of being completed. Even if that lineman didn't intercept it, the CB would've.

Why are we passing on 1st down when our receivers are being tightly covered?

What is Shurmur seeing that we're not seeing? They didn't need to pass on first down.

Glad they got the touchdown there. A fg wouldn't have been bad. But glad it worked

Why didn't they run it there? Missed out on a fg and 10 point lead
