They haven't won 3 straight all season long. So 4 straight is real tough task now!

But you know which non-AFC East can really help the Pats the next two weeks?

    ..........*drum roll*

The Niners---they play the Jets and then the 'Fins. They just a win in Buffalo last Sunday.

It's gonna be an interesting month of December for the division.

Nothing is out of the question we are talking about The New England Patriots.

    Peace

Phew that was so close. Branch nearly killed us...

49ers playing the role as AFC East spoilers. Hopefully, they win in Miami next week.

    Pats got Oakland!

actually, if the Jets or Dolphins win their last three ... they would win the east.

As well as taking care of their own business, Pats still need a little help.

  • yeah if that f*ckin Viniteri (sic?) kicks us out of the Wild Card or playoffs at all when Indy beat us, that would suck. They still have a shot (Pats), but wow that was close. Once Cassel gets into a rythym he's quite good. But the fact that we are so decimated with injuries (too many to list) and we won that game shows a lot of heart. Seattle is very underrated with good receivers and a QB who can run the field. It's going to get interesting. Man I love NFL football, especially when December and the playoffs come around.

Grew up in Boston and live in half of the year in MD. I don't care I don't like the R-skins and I do like the Ravens. IF They played the Patriots you know who I'll be rooting for.

BTW do you think Ray Lewis is a Hall of Famer?

Several defensive player of the year awards, about what, 10 pro bowls? and a superbowl MVP ... I don't think there's even a question. 1st ballot.

do you think the murder trial will deter the first ballot selection?

    definitely a HOFer nonetheless.

the fact that he does so many commercials, including those promoting the NFL, no, I don't.

Right or wrong ... they stopped caring about that years ago.

The very next year when Ray Lewis won the Super Bowl and MVP he put that trial episode to rest real quick.

bumping this up in the new forum ...

indeed, it is quite possible they miss the playoffs as an 11-5 team.

Shouldn't have blown that game against the Colts.

Well, here it ends. Not a disappointing season considering but, man, 11-5 and no post season. Cassell did fuckin awesome in my opinion and hopefully if Brady is healthy enough, he will prosper as a starting QB with another team. Just not the Jets, please.

BTW, glad to hear Mangina got the boot from the Jets. Hope they can nab Cowher out of the broadcast booth. Would love to see his smug face again when the pats whoop him.
He who forgets will be destined to remember.

yes, but, possibly a second stringer as he recovers from the knee issues .... rumors are abound that the Pats are going to put the franchise tag on Cassel ... nothing like spending 20% of your cap money on TWO QBs ... :o
