college roommates are the best friends your gonna have,the crap you go through together is fantastic, im back in college in 2 weeks and im pretty excited to go back, im livin with 2 cool guys i already know but we got many great friends from last year plus wer living in a new place so wer gonna intrude on our neighbours and hopefully they arent shitheads who dont like some fun :P its always cool living in apartments but i think next year im gonna rent a house with a few ppl i already know pretty well, apartments are great for like 2 years but eventually you gotta settle down and try to graduate
well that's definitely a girls dorm room looks great!
personally, i wouldn't have taken any of the pj posters etc to my dorm...it would have been destroyed or stolen...but that's me
ah yeah i know i left most of my framed PJ ones at home. I just brought my Hawaii 06 and Ed posters cause they've just been sitting around my house without room on the wall. Luckily, very few people have a clue who PJ is, nevermind the value of their posters
URBAN SHEETS! i tried to get some but they're on backorder. so i'm taking my flannel sheets from when i was like 5 until i can get cuter ones. i lov eyour room btw!

as in, where i come from, unless you go to uni out of your city or region, ie too far from home, most people just live at home...
i guess cos its all so super expensive in bc... but i think i know one person who lives on campus, everyone else just transits in...
he was a spoiled, rich brat from long island and he would let people know it. he was a slob because he was so use to his mom cleaning up after him at home, he would never clean up after himself in our room.
to top it off, he was a mets fan.
My roommate is like that, frat boy who is a total slob, but if leave a mess, he will let you know. Fucking assclown, I hate the guy.
When i started uni i was considering moving into the student halls because my uni was outside glasgow and about an hours journey there and back, but i had one look in one of my friend's rooms and there was no chance i was staying in one of those tiny rooms. The door would hoit off the bed in her room it was so small. It was tidy and modern, and i suppose a bit cosy, but i need a bit more space than that!! Will have plenty of that as of Friday when i move into my very own place, no flatmate to clean up after or battle with for teh tv controller, honestly cant fucking wait!!
People say im paranoid. Well, they dont say it, but i know that's what they are thinking.
I'm still friends with all of my former college housemates. When I first went to school I moved into a four bedroom/four bathroom apartment and was paired with three other women. When I moved out of there, I moved into a house with three different people, and they were fantastic, too.
We had our drama about cleaning, but never about finances or our significant others.
Yeah, I was blessed.
