I've been sick. Obviously having a mid-90s-hit binge.Okay, anyone who says this movie isn't great movie actually might be an asshole, lol. I know there is some hipster idea that it isn't good (I would have thought that I got that idea exclusively from This is the End, but then i saw a filmmaker friend of mine say it). Fuck that shit. It is amazing. Especially where Forrest is responsible for Watergate.
Not to mention that it was a breakthrough technologically. Super duper classic that I will love until the end of time.

Had a lot of fun with this. It gets better as it goes along, and has quite the finish. Bring on Badlands. (Also, a Michael Biehn voice cameo!)0

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. It’s completely predictable, but has enough fun moments. It probably helped that 3/4 of the theatre was taken up by karateka from my son’s dojo. We took over the place and it made for a great atmosphere.“Do not postpone happiness”

I saw the remake in theaters, but I honestly don't remember a thing about it.Love this movie. But weirdly, what i always think about most when I consider this movie is that the actress who played Arnold in that crazy woman costume when he attempted to enter Mars, and whose head ended up being a bomb, was on The Love Connection with Chuck Woolery. I remember that her role on Total Recall wasn't even mentioned when they discussed her terrible Love Connection date. The remake was trash. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. I just saw "Pretty in Pink," for the first time. I can see how Molly Ringwald was in many Hughes movies. There is no such thing as leftover pizza. There is now pizza and later pizza. - anonymous
