Doubt I’ll catch the new one in the cinema (was close to watch it yesterday with my mom, but we skipped it).

Will try to watch Late Night with the Devil and Challengers tomorrow. And then on thursday the GHOST movie:

Remember this as good. Have you seen the Hansel and Gretel movie he followed up with?

This was interesting. Super creepy and the three storylines intertwining was good. I have not seen the other, but it’s on the list to watch since Longlegs is getting ready to come out. Is it any good?

Funny fact, the director is Dorky Dave in Legally Blonde? Would not have guessed he would direct movies like this.

Nice! You better watch out when. I turn my hat around. It’s kind of like Popeye eating spinach.

How was this? I’ve seen it but don’t remember it except for the hat.

Wow. You weren’t kidding. That was great!

That Reznor/Ross soundtrack is killer as well.

What was you gut reaction of the

(abrupt) ending? I loved the film, but I think I had a hard time falling into what the filmmakers wanted me to feel and where they wanted me to go with that ending.

Also the whole "can't let go of an ex and attraction and obsession" felt more Dawson Creeky than steamy 90s Michael Douglas dangerous thriller

I really had no idea where this movie was going. Initially, it felt like a sports movie, which it is for sure, but not in the conventional sense. My mind is thinking how will Art win, or is he going to win the U.S. Open? Then, as it went on, I felt like there were really no completely sympathetic characters. Everyone was not making the best choices.

If anything, by the end, I guess I was happy that Art and Patrick were friends again? Then, I thought she was angry and then nope, she’s happy because Art was playing again with passion?

Zendaya was great, but her character had some issues. She was definitely all about competing and everything was a competition in her life. No wonder Art was done with tennis. She’ll never be done with it.

Still not sure how I felt about that ending, but I was worried it was going to stop before Patrick let us know if he was going to throw the match or not. I was waiting for him to do the signal to Art with his serve though. Glad that paid off.
