That VHS cover creeped me out as a kid in the video store when it came out. It does start slow, I agree. Can't go wrong with Alice Cooper as a creepy homeless man.eeriepadave said:Prince of Darkness (1987)

Man Up, I always enjoy Simon Pegg.0

I saw Spectre in the imax tonight. Good Bond flick, not Craig's best and extremely far from the worst on the whole spectrum. It was lacking in some of the character development (monica bellucci, dave bautista). But overall it was enjoyable and they brought back some things from the past few movies that made it interesting. The highlight for me was the opening day of the dead scene for sure. Bottom line is it's worth seeing if you're a Bond fan.0

It is super fucking stupid. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -

Just saw it today. I liked it, but agree with your points. Very entertaining. Tough to match Skyfall though, that movie was on a whole other levelTFlyer said:I saw Spectre in the imax tonight. Saw it at my community college a few years ago as a stage play. I took theater classes and had friends involved.Thoughts_Arrive said:One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. Brilliant film. I had to buy and watch it after reading the book.

Suffragette. It was good. But I was irked by the complete absence of a) a single person of color b) a single mention of women of color. It makes me uncomfortable to see the film about women's suffrage in England completely ignore a subset of women.NYC 06/24/08-Auckland 11/27/09-Chch 11/29/09-Newark 05/18/10-Atlanta 09/22/12-Chicago 07/19/13-Brooklyn 10/18/13 & 10/19/13-Hartford 10/25/13-Baltimore 10/27/13-Auckland 1/17/14-GC 1/19/14-Melbourne 1/24/14-Sydney 1/26/14-Amsterdam 6/16/14 & 6/17/14-Milan 6/20/14-Berlin 6/26/14-Leeds 7/8/14-Milton Keynes 7/11/14-St. Louis 10/3/14-NYC 9/26/15

There are a few changes to the book is the only downside.
